New Patient Forms*

The first time you come to see us, we ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early to complete our forms for new patients. You can aslo download and complete the New Patient form in advance.

*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.

Your First Visit

Knowing what to expect at your first appointment will make your visit go more smoothly.

Your first appointment will take about one hour. Here's what you should know:

Examination

To start your appointment, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete an extensive dental exam that includes an examination of your teeth, bite, gums, and jaw, dental x-rays, and an oral cancer screening, if required. These are part of the personalized dental services we provide. 

Dental Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a personalized long-term dental treatment plan. 

Your dentist will also answer any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

Office Policies

Appointments

In order to provide our patients with the best possible service, appointments are required for all visits. Walk-in appointments are not accepted.

• Booking an Appointment

  Book an appointment at Clinique Dentaire Dr Alain Quinn today. Our team will book a time that best suits your schedule. Request Appointment

• Emergency Appointments

  If you are experiencing a dental emergency, contact our office as soon as possible. We try to help patients in need by providing same-day emergency care when possible. Our office is open five days a week for your convenience. 

• Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment

  If you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment, we request that you call us with at least 24 hours notice, so that another patient may use your appointment time.

Insurance & Direct Billing

At Clinique Dentaire Dr Alain Quinn, we accept most dental insurance programs. For all insured patients we will prepare and submit all necessary information forms on your behalf.

We offer electronic submission (EDI) where possible to expedite the claim process. When more extensive treatment is planned, we will send a detailed estimate or predetermination to the insurance carrier(s) involved.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment: cash, debit or credit card. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.  

Parking

Centrally located in Gatineau near the Alonzo-Wright bridge, Clinique Dentaire Dr. Alain Quinn offers onsite parking.
